For special occasions the band expands to a 5-piece (featuring sax & harmonica), or a 7-piece (featuring a 3-piece brass section).
Band members have worked with many well know musicians over the years, including The Kinks, Argent, Van Morrison, Eric Burdon, Paul Rodgers and Jools Holland to name but a few.
The Mooses play selective pubs, clubs, festivals, private and corporate functions around the M25 area, although they will travel "oop North", down to the South Coast or even abroad for special gigs. Some of the more unusual gigs played include a wedding on the Cutty Sark, the Arsenal FC Christmas party, the London Dungeon and Jeremy Beadle's birthday party!
A sample of the band's live sound can be seen and heard on
Video and Sound page.
Check out the latest gig schedule at
When & Where and come along and see the band. If you like live music played passionately by consummate musicians, you won't be disappointed! A sprinkling of weird humour from Jimmy Classic (who has been known to dress as a chicken) rounds off the entertainment.
Audiences rarely go home disappointed after a Mooses gig.
